We begin with your ideas, your priorities and the feeling you want your celebration to have, then bring everything together into one considered vision. From finding the right suppliers and refining your budget, to developing the design, managing the logistics and styling every detail, we're involved from the first conversation through to the last box being packed away.
We'll work alongside you to create an event that feels unmistakably yours, while taking care of the countless moving parts that sit behind a beautifully executed celebration.

The Design Edit is for couples who want a considered, immersive event with a strong visual identity, but don't necessarily need us to manage every aspect of the planning.
We'll get to know you, understand what matters to you and develop a cohesive design that carries through every element of your celebration. From florals and furniture to stationery, tablescapes and ceremony details, we'll source, coordinate and style the pieces that bring your vision together.

For couples who have done the planning and design, but want Eventcore to take over the logistics and styling in the final months and on the day.
The planning is yours. The final details are ours.
You've done the planning. You've chosen the venue, booked your suppliers and spent months creating a celebration that feels like you.
Now it's time to hand it over.
The Final Edit is designed for couples who want to enjoy the final weeks and the wedding day without becoming consumed by timelines, supplier calls, deliveries, setup and all the tiny details that suddenly need attention at once.
We'll step in one month before your event, take over the logistics, connect with your suppliers and venue, finalise the details and make sure everything is ready to go.
Then, when the day arrives, you get to be exactly where you should be: in the middle of it, enjoying it.

A month before your event, we'll take the reins and make sure all those plans you've carefully made actually come together exactly as they should. You've done the planning. We'll handle the rest.
The Event Edit
On-the-day professional styling and setup for couples who simply want to arrive and enjoy a beautifully finished event.

You simply don't want to spend the day setting it all up.
The Event Edit is our streamlined on-the-day styling service. We'll meet with you beforehand to understand your plans, styling and priorities, then arrive on the day to bring everything together.
We'll oversee the bump-in of your styling suppliers, style the ceremony and reception, place those final details that make everything feel considered, and move elements between spaces where required.
Then you can stop checking the clock, put your phone away and enjoy your celebration.
